I ate at pieology in Lake Elsinore Friday night Sept 27th. Robert the shift leader was the only one there navigating in person and online orders. That man deserves a raise. I'm a registered nurse and I thought wow I couldn't handle this on my own, I would have walked out and there he was doing everything by himself with a smile. Pieology I hope you realize what kind of employee you have and treat him as amazing as he is treating your customers even when you put him in such a difficult situation.

Robert made my pizza today with so much love n care I can't have Gluten or dairy n he got all New tools and made it so yummy things always taste better when made with love n care I wanted to leave a tip cuz he was so good but they took the option off when u pay n they have no jar they should bring it back for the ppl that want to

Just had a horrible experience with the employee prepping pizzas at the Menifee location so I canceled my order and drove over to this one. It was 180 degree opposite experience. The staff here was happy and friendly. When I asked for gluten free crust she immediately asked allergy or preference and changed her gloves, did all the safety precautions, and was really helpful. Her name was Sunshine and it was a fitting name! She had none of the issues the other girl had with putting on a proper amount of toppings. All around great experience and I will drive the extra distance to go to this one and avoid the closer one in Menifee

First time here and it was actually pretty cool. Pizza tasted fresh and baked crispy as requested. Picture shows it's a little burnt, but that's what I asked for. Be kind to the folks working and get kindness in return. Positive experience, hope you have the same.

I love this Pieology, it's super clean and the staff is so polite. They make the best pizzas. We always order the build your own. Plus they offer military discount, not enough stores or restaurants offer that anymore.
